"Grandma took the kids"

I purchased a Groupon for 4 admissions. My mom wanted to take my kids. I purchased the voucher and sent it to my mom's phone. I couldn't print it, we were on vacation. My mom had the barcode, the Groupon voucher number, my account information, etc. A very hateful employee refused to allow my mom and children in because my mom did not have the Groupon App loaded on her phone. I have used Groupon numerous times. I knew I gave them all the info needed to use the voucher. Thankfully another employee heard the situation and quickly used the barcode/numbers and allowed my family in with ease. BUT the entire time this employee was helping my mom, the other lady was saying, "The directions are very clear. She needs the app. She did not follow directions." I have no idea why she was so unwilling to help. The rest of the morning was great. My kids said there is a slight odor and they saw a few mice in the bird cage, but they enjoyed it and would go back.

"it was okay"

It was fun to see some of the animals and read about their natural habitat. It was 94 outside so I like that almost all of it was indoors. The cons: It needed some update. Some of the glass was scratched or dirtily so l could not see inside. Also many of the smaller glass enclosures were either too high or low which means either my husband could see them or I could but not both. A big negative for little ones...

They have a bunch of interesting animals, but they have a parrot that sings and swings upside down. The kids will love this. They also have an outside petting area with a few animals.

Great place! Enjoyed watching the animals - Especially anything in the monkey family. There's also a petting zoo section where you can hand feed some. We spent about 2 hours here. So glad we went. They also have. Nice gift shop. Easy in and out. Handicap accessible. Air conditioned. Places to sit along the way if ya need to.

We visit Rainforest Adventures every time we come to Tennessee. We enjoy seeing all of the animals and interacting with some of them. All of the employees are pleasant and knowledgeable.
